He has worked for companies like Oracle India, Hyderabad, HCL Technologies, Adobe Systems where he was a part of the automation team for state-of-the-art products like In-Design and Illustrator. He holds Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication from I.T. B.H.U.
Lalit Jain is one of the founder members of CresTech. In addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities, Lalit focuses on strong alliances and customer relationships to carry the business forward. Prior to founding CresTech, Lalit has worked with Wipro and Adobe Systems. He began his software career at Wipro where he helped in developing various reporting frameworks which led to increasing the MIS efficiency of the team.
During his tenure at Adobe Systems, he again contributed as a key player in conceptualizing and materializing the architecture of web based and desktop applications for the testing team of Adobe Illustrator. He has done his post graduation in computer science from Indraprastha University, India and holds the Honors Degree in Commerce from Delhi University, India.
Avinash Tiwari, Head, Technology leads the services delivery group at CresTech. As Oracle BI domain expert he has led the team to successful execution of Oracle Business Intelligence System, Daily Business Intelligence, and Oracle Balanced Scorecard and Oracle Discoverer projects. He is also a recognized expert on supply-chain module of Oracle E-Business suite.Having work experience with companies like HCL Technologies and Oracle India, he possess the ability to analyze problems at the fundamental level and has proven success in various testing and ERP module implementation projects. He holds Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication from I.T. B.H.U.
Sandeep is an astute & result oriented professional with nearly 25 years of extensive techno commercial experience in IT testing project planning & management business development with profit accountability.Sandeep believes in leveraging technology to constantly create value for the customer and hence he is in charge of conceptualizing and driving new technology initiatives within CresTech.His expertise being to create global testing practices in various organizations, Sandeep brings with him a vast experience of setting up large Offshore testing centers.
He has worked in the past with organizations like Mastek (as Global Head of testing), Xansa (as Head Testing Practice – India and UK) and Steria (as India Head – Testing service line).Sandeep also firmly believes that only democratization of the testing skill set can lead to sustainable evolution of the testing services landscape and hence he is also involved in various national and international forums in imparting workshops and sessions on test strategy.
